Cancellation Policy Update for Relax At My Place

​

50% deposit is now required for all appointments.

​

Changes or cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

​

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

​

Failure to attend your appointment (No Show) will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking amount. 

​

For appointments requiring a deposit:

​

- If you cancel or reschedule outside the 24-hour window, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account, or we can process a refund upon request.

​

- Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment.
